What is in the pack

• Request a Quote ($45): A quote button and quote list for buyers, an offer editor for you; the buyer accepts and checks out at the quoted prices.
• Net Terms & Credit Limits ($69): Pay on invoice (Net 15/30/60 or end of month) for approved customers, a credit limit checked on every order and a PO number at checkout.
• PDF Invoices & Credit Notes ($49): A PDF invoice for every paid order, numbered without gaps, plus credit notes and packing slips in your colours and logo.
• EU VAT Number Validation ($39): A VAT number field with a live VIES check; reverse charge for valid business buyers in another EU country.

How they work together

• A buyer asks for a quote, you send an offer, the buyer accepts and the order is placed at the quoted prices.
• At checkout an approved business customer can choose Pay on invoice within the credit left and add a PO number.
• When the order reaches the statuses you choose, the PDF invoice is issued with the next number and e-mailed.
• With EU VAT Number Validation installed, the invoice shows the checked VAT number and the reverse charge note.
